There is an open molestation case against my kids father and now his mother is trying to get grandparents rights and my question is will the legal system let this happen? all i have ever done was to protect my kids. i need help.

As a general rule, grandparents "rights" are a misnomer. Unless the situation is unusual (for example, the grandparents have kept and raised the child, establishing a strong bond with them) they have no more "rights" than a stranger does.

Does the father of the children reside with his parents?

Do you have an attorney? Grandparents rights in most states are
VERY limited. You can certainly fight for supervised visits in your home if she is granted them.
