i am trying to find out what would be grounds for supervised visitation as far as drug use goes

Well do you have proof of the drug use? You have to go to court and ask for supervised visits.

well here goes...Some of you might think bad of me ,but im not trying to make anyone mad or upset ,i am just trying to get information so my fiance is ready to hear the verdict in court ,which will most likely be supervised visits.he is willing to except that and do whatever the courts want even NA if needed.and random test, what i would like to know is if his mother can supervise at her home on the weekends so him and his son can still have a good strong relationship.he doesnt want his son to have to go through anymore mess because of this,he hasnt been able to see his son until recently when he finally got enough money to take his ex to court to see him,he wasnt able to see his son for two years and has missed him greatly,yes he did the wrong thing to make himself feel beter and is willing to except that ,but since he finally got to see him again he has straitened up and intends to stay that way all he wants is to see his son.Do yopu think it would be ok if his mom could supervise?
