Me and my ex has joint custody of our 17 and 14 yearold daughters. we didnt make a visitiation schedule cause he said it would be better for me i have the right to see them anytime i want. Well he is now coming up with excuses in not letting them see me. they are sick etc. out of 5 months ive seen them 5 times. I was wondering since they are older can they legally if they want to see me meet me at a corner of their street and come stay with me for the weekend?

time to go to court and get a set visitation schedule that way Dad cannot play these games. no the kids cannot go with you unless Dad says so.
