visitation ?

i have a 4 week old child and i recently found out that his father has 3 felony's one being manslaughter. do you think if i make him pay child support will the judge give him visitation?

Why did you not learn this before you jumped in bed and made a baby!? H ei still likley to be granted visits. I woud suggest you ask fir "supervised visits" only
