I have 2 children to an ex husband. He has another woman and her daughter living there. The outside and inside of there house is a mess. I don't feel that the kids are safe. They have told me that there dad and his girlfriend fight all of the time and there father drinks. I would like to be able to get the kids on weekends but he keeps saying that he will think about it. Im tired of only seeing them a cpl of times a year. I live an hour away and dont have my drivers license so is hard for me to get them myself. Can he keep me from getting the kids due to where I live at. I dont really want to take this to court cause i cant actually afford it i live on ssi. My bf would be happy to help me out with getting them but i dont think my ex would like it i dont know what to do. Any type of help would be greatly appreciated!!
