Violation of probation and three year joint suspension ..? Prison, Jail

    can somebody please explain to me what would happen if you were on probation and violated It with possession of marijuana and you were also on a three-year joint suspension???
    My boyfriend Was arrested on January 14 and sentence court date on February 13, probation revoked I believe. police randomly arrived and searched his house and found a very small amount of marijuana. He was currently working and also we have a baby on the way due April 14. I'm every concerned and worried :( what might happen ????

    In California, you're lucky. He might just get a lecture. The worse he'll get is sent back to prison for a few weeks. It could have been to spend the remaining time on his sentence.

    You and he need to have a talk about responsibility and staying out of trouble. If he doesn't stop doing drugs, well you know.
