You probably won't find one. Civil trials are boring.

You'll probably have to sit in a courtroom to view civil trials.

The trials themselves aren't. You can read the federal civil filings via Pacer (or it's free analog courtlistener.com). Some states have public access to the filings for free via the web, others are really annoying and costly to get to (essentially they assume everybody who wants to do that is an attorney).

And if one wants the testimony one would have to buy a transcript from the court reporter or sit in the courtroom.

COURT TV sometimes broadcasts civil trials.

For nearly two decades, Court TV brought high-profile courtroom dramas into American living rooms. Continuing that legacy, Katz Networks brought back one of the most iconic brands in television history. Court TV is devoted to live gavel-to-gavel coverage, in-depth legal reporting and expert analysis of the nation’s most important and compelling trials. The network is available on cable, satellite, over-the-air and online at:

    www.CourtTV.com

It is also carried on an expanding array of streaming services and apps, including YouTube TV, SiriusXM, Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Apple TV.

    KATZ NETWORKS
Katz Networks is part of The E.W. Scripps Company (NASDAQ: SSP) which serves audiences and businesses through a growing portfolio of local and national media brands. With 33 television stations, Scripps is one of the nation’s largest independent TV station owners.

    People's Court

    Judge Judy

Keep in mind that "best" is a relative term and doesn't imply that the "best" is actually good.

A regular civil trial would virtually never be broadcast (online or anywhere else).

Neither of them are civil trials. Judge judy pretends to be an arbitration, but it even falls down for that. It follows neither the rule of law or accepted arbitration guidance. Reality TV isn't. The "parties" are paid as entertainers and the show picks up whatever relief Judy dishes out.

Thank you all for replying. I thought "in the times of Covid" and with a lot of litigation going virtual, maybe there would be more opportunities to view online.
    Happy Holidays!

Best to find a court that is open and holding civil trials and go sit.

Yes, I agree. Right now SC Jury Trials are closed, I'll look into NC.

    Thanks
