If a president of a small family corporation supposedly entered into a verbal contract with a person and the president is now dead and the other family members who make up the corporation had no knowledge of said verbal agreement, can the person claiming the verbal contract sue and request monies from the remaining family members?? If so , what if any is the statute of limitations and how is the $ amt per hr fee can be determined using only the suers information and words? Hope this will make since to someone and that you can give me some advice.

Unfortunately it does not make any sense. If you did work, then you can sue for the value of that work.
