Hi all
I have a verbal agreement where where waht ever the certain company do(as profit) i will get 20 cents a pound, and for certain products i do not have percentage; for what ever else we sel we will divide de profit 40%for me 40% for him 20% for the company all this after taxes.
but i want to cover my self adding:
if by any chance they do not want my services or they are not interested on me i will get for the next 6 months my percentage after i'm terminated
how can i write allthat down!!!
i have no experience on this kind of deals!!!
