I recently filed a Pro Se (DIY) Divorce Complaint to rid myself of a lying, cheating, stealing, crack-addicted wife. BUT, I've run into a problem with the court in establishing the proper venue.
I lived in the County that I filed, my drivers license, divorce complaint, Passport, 'etc all show that county as my residence - PLUS - the wife signed an acknowledgment of complaint receipt and waiver. The judge wrote back and said I have to show that that county is the proper venue.
Does anybody have a form or the correct verbage that will rectify this problem?
I just found out yesterday that the wife is pregnant by another man. I need this resolved ASAP!
