we purchase a vehicle in March of 2006 for $20,000 the dealer were we got the car from said there was only one previous owner and that the car had never been in any accident. On jan 8 2008, we go to a different dealer to trade the car and there telling us that the car has frame damage that all they could offer for the car is $7,000 because of the frame damage. We went back were we purchase the car and they said no we don't sell cars with frame damage, they send me to there own service center and it turns out to be that yes it has frame damage, all there saying is that is the first time this happens to them that there trying to see what there going to do and now there trying to say that we had the car for almost a year that probably we did something to the car, but we havent had any car accidents our record is clean,what can we do?
