Aprroximately one year ago my vehicle was repo'd by the bank. I am now being sued by the bank for the difference in what I owed on the vehicle and what it sold for at auction. My question is what action can the bank take against me to collect. Can they put a lien on my property?

My understanding is that if the creditor records it in your county, yes.
