My daughter recently was looking to purchase a set of wave runners (personal water craft, jet skis...). She found the two she was interested in, the salesman quoted her payments of $69 for one and $99 for the other. When it came time to sign the contracts (separate contracts for each) the payment for each one was $99. The payment was more than she was quoted but she decided the payment was acceptable to her. She signed the contracts again one for each vehicle. Two days later the salesman called he and said that they had made another mistake and one of the payments would be $169! Once the contract has been signed can they do this? She really wants to keep these and they are identical vehicles, shy would they all of a sudden say one payment was nearly twice as much as the other? Please any information would be helpful.
