In vegas for a bachelor party weekend. I end up going through a casino late at night. some how I make my way to a parking lot of the casino. I end up urinating between a couple cars and am spotted (I guess) by two foot patrol police in the area. It was late (12:00am) with no one else around. I was taken to the casino holding area, given a citation and told to leave the premesis and not come back.
I was as I admitted to the police very drunk but they didn't PC me or give me a public intoxication charge, they just sent me on my way. I was a sweet heart to the guys and followed everything they said. My respectful ways gave me no leway.
the citation states - "lewd and dissolute conduct - did knowingly offer or agree or engage in lewd or dissolute conduct in a public place or place open to public view IE urinating."
Is this the usual charge for peeing in public? Will I have to register as a sex offender if convicted? Should I look to get a lawyer? To top it off I dont live in Nevada, not even close. Any advise is appreciated.
