I have been charged for vandalism by my parents. I have also filed a replevin for having my belongings in their house. I was not granted a replevin because my parents told the judge I have mental problems. I have to get an assessment. I was wondering if I can ask for a dismal based on them withholding evidence in their house and not having a witness for vandalism charge? If not can I ask for an extension since I can not afford an attorney.

    Strange and sad case.

How old are you? Could you elaborate more on the "vandalism?" I don't know if you toilet papered your own house, smashed windows, etc.
