Used car dealer

I bought a car from a used car lot sold as is. Before even saying I wanted the car I informed them the passenger front electrical window did not work the salesman I was talking to assured me they would fix it at no cost to me. We signed papers and I drove the car home. I took the car back several time to get the window fixed and they told me they didn't have to part to make the repair now I am being told to much time has passed. What can I do about this?

If you don't have anything in writing all you can do is keep asking. Be the squeaky wheel and make sure you are talking to the owner or general manager and not just the salesperson. If they are a member of the BBB you can file a complaint there.
