Here is the situation:
An internet game has staff which volunteer their time to help develop/moderate it etc. The game is under a registered company and all the volunteers have signed is an NDA.
Would it be against labor laws to give the staff a rota to work the customer support system, ie:
Monday: John
Tuesday: Sarah
