Urgent! foreclosure/sale date/lost loan docs

Please Help! We have a hearing Monday for Final Judgement. We have never been through this before what happens? Will a sale date be set that day? If so do you move on that sell date or wait for it to be sold? How long will we be given? Can we ask for an extension of this time to get through the holidays? Bank has also lost loan docs...what are our rights? Any info on the Deed for Lease program(Renting your home back from the Lender)? I am sorry if this seems so nieve, but really have no idea.

If you want to save your home (or buy time), speak with and then engage a local attorney.

You have a good case. Before a home is foreclosed, you can demand the lender produce your note. If your documents have been lost, producing your note is gonna be impossible. A lawyer can help you with this strategy. See one ASAP!!!
