Army,

Wanted to give you an update! I did switch attorneys and at the plea hearing the DA filed motion to dismiss after several discussions with my attorney regarding PC leading up to the hearing.

Hopefully this is over..... (My attorney reminded me technically the accuser can go file another complaint or the sheriffs dept can submit new PC affadavit and charge. He said very unlikely short of me approaching the accuser but.....)

I am so happy.
I love it when the little guy wins.
Your good news is the main reason I went to law school, to make sure a few more people had equal access to justice, especially in the criminal justice system.
My part is very small.
The best thing people can do is avoid breaking their laws, and make sure they avoid all conflict.
If that fails, never ever submit to questioning by any law enforcement agency, or anyone for that matter.
When people try to explain, that's when they set the hook in their own mouth!

That flimsy document created on September 17, 1787 is what stands between us and oppression.
It'll be 228 years old in September.

That's one of the reasons we remain a free people.
The other is our citizen soldiers, who in times of peril answer this nation's call.
Our nation's army just turned 240 years old.
