I have friend of my son's who came to stay with us temporarily due to physical fights with her ex-boyfriend. She was not expected to pay rent or anything like that (nor was there any agreement for her to do so) but she said she would help with chores. She has been here for 3 weeks now (but spent 4 nights away) and I have sent her messages that she needs to leave and take her stuff. She has spent two nights out in a row not leaving me know anything (if she was coming back or not) so I left the doors unlocked just in case. I did tell her the other night she needed to let me know so I could lock our doors. She has failed to leave me know anything and it is frustrating. When I told her she needed to get her things out, she replied with, "Alright that's cool" but she has failed to come back yet. My question is, since she was not a renter/tenant/lessee and has only been here 3 weeks, how long do I have to leave her belongings here, on my porch? I am in Henry County Ohio.
