Unsafe lane change

Jurisdiction
Nevada
I was ticketed for unsafe lane change. There was an injury accident involved. The other driver struck me but I was ticketed. Luckily there was video showing that the other driver struck me. I have an attorney, there was a court date with a plea agreement that the district attorney agreed to the change to illegal parking. On the date of court there was a change of the district attorney. The new one says he doesn't like that. The old one verified he agreed to it. I have already signed agreement. Now the court date has been set in Nov. Do I need to worry that the agreement will be changed?

The agreement doesn't matter until it is accepted by the judge. You'll likely need to make a new agreement.
If video was discovered that proves you are not at fault why would you agree to anything?

Do I need to worry that the agreement will be changed?

You can worry, but worrying accomplishes nothing more than agitating, upsetting, harming your emotions.

What you need to know, and I'm sure your attorney told you, is that the "agreement" means NOTHING until and unless the judge approves it.

To further allay your fears, I suggest you discuss this with YOUR attorney.

You were ticketed because, in the opinion of the person ticketing you, your unsafe lane change was the underlying cause of the car accident. It was believed that the other driver struck you because you recklessly cut them off. Does the video show that in fact you did not make a lane change?

Additionally, you seem to have only referred in passing to an injury occurring as a result of this accident. Because you are not ranting about you injury, I can only conclude that someone else was injured. Depending on the extent of that party's injury, the new DA could conclude that the previous one was too lenient.
