I started a job December 1 of 2004 I wok six days a wekk 4 hours a day except for Saturdays where I work 6 hours. To this day I have only recieved $250 in pay. They lost track of all leads that everyone got and are now trying to back track and find everything. For over a month now we have been hearing you will get your check net weeek or the end of this week. When we were hired we were told pay day was every other Friday, as of the first they switched it to every week. Since this is a sales job I do understend a certian degree of tracking involved, but how long am I supposed to have to wait for pay? I am in the state of CA so I don't know what the law is on all of this stuff.
