I Was Given A Ticket For Passing On The Right Side. I Am 50 Yrs. Old And Have Been Driving Since I Was 15. I Have Never Gotten A Ticket. The Car In Front Of Me Turned Their Signal On To Turn And Put On Their Brakes At The Intersection. We Were Traveling About 45 Mph. I Believe They Saw The Hwy. Patrol And That Is Why They Turned On Their Blinker. I Had No Warning. I Saw The Office As Well But When The Person Did This It Scared Me And I Swerved Around Them. When I Told The Officer He Asked If I Was Following Too Closely? I Was About 3 Or 4 Car Lengths Behind Them I Think. It All Happened So Quickly I Simply Reacted. Can I Request A Prayer Of Judgement? If Not Is There Any Recourse I Have And If I Get Charged W/ This Is It 4 Points? Can It Be Reduced To Something Else? Thank You For Your Help.
