The letter comes in the form of an attachment. Please respond.
I'll be honest with you. The letter is 23 pages long. I didn't read it. Most people won't bother to read it. The best advice I can give you is to say, in one page, the bottom line of what you are trying to prove and why. For example "I was wrongfully terminated due to the bad acts of other employees who deliberately tried to frame me. While I can and will list other incidents, Mary X. and Jane Y. both took off 20 minutes every day last week before their lunch hour and routed their calls to my desk. People called during that time and complained that I wasn't fast enough to get to their calls. The truth is that we were shortstaffed as a result of Mary and Jane's leaving work early and that is the reason why those calls weren't answered in a timely basis. Please find a short list of other issues that I am glad to elaborate about on at your convenience and request. Thank you."

Hope this helps and good luck.
