Moved into a rental house at start of the lease:
Broken glass in yard that landlord was supposed to clean up (have in writing). I cleaned up over 50 pieces.
Garbage in yard. Was not there during tour.
Cracked windows that landlord was supposed to fix and didn't (have in writing)
Heat didn't work. 8 days to fix
Refrigerator didn't work. 8 days to fix.
Fleas in storage unit.
- gave my dogs fleas
- landlord knew but didn't take care of it the right way
- landlord didn't lied about having pest control spray after previous tenants left

We gave them 14 days. Fleas were still there (we have pictures), glass still in yard, and windows still cracked.. We terminated the lease but landlord says there is nothing uninhabitable about the property so that we can't terminate the lease. Any advice?

Yes, talk to a lawyer. I suspect he might sue you.

Your state, SC, isn't very friendly towards tenants.

You may have jumped before you looked.

Get yourself familiar with what uninhabitable means:
