unfair treatment

I believe i have been a party of racial harrassment i reported to my manger of racial remarks being made to me it was witness and proven by another person of color. Now after this person has been reported i have been faulsly acused of different things. The other person has not loss their job,i feel iam being harrassed to be fired or quit. Everything has been doucument do i have a case?

Um...no law says that the other person has to lose their job. It is entirely up to the employer how to discipline their employees.

Who is accusing you of what? That is by no means clear.
