Unfair Employee Termination for housekeepers

Did they fire me unfairly and why?

-They won't let me receive or view any termination documents.

-They terminated me verbally and didn't SHOW me why I was terminated.

-No termination contract
-No proof of why I was terminated
-No early notice (weeks, days, hours) stating the date and time of my termination. I clocked in and then they told me im fired.

Also they gave me a incomplete training course and verbally blamed me for procedures that wasn't taught.

All totally legal. Fair is subjective and none of us were there so we can't speak to that but nothing you shared is out of the ordinary, let alone illegal.

Yep, they don't have to provide you with any of those things.

In at-will employment they can terminate you at any time for an reason except a reason prohibited by law ( ie religion, gender, race....) or unless you have a binding employment contrary to the termination. Based on what you posted, I don't see anything illegal done.
