I lost my case in small claims. I want to do appeal but it's months. What's the latest I can a do appeal. And case was unfair. I was pressured and forced to settling the case and signed a paper. I want to go back to court. Is there anything I can do?

You agreed to a settlement, evidently. You have no recourse, now. Read everything YOU chose to sign.

Agree, it sounds like you signed to agree to a settlement - not much (if anything) you can do now. Sorry.
