Can the employer submit additional info. about the arrest to try to make dismissal seem justified? I've heard rumors of this happening. It appears that the clerk/treas., is complaining about the Muni. having to pay me $200 per week. Doesn't that payment come out of a fund? How can I find out the assets in their fund? What are the ill effects to the Muni. concerning my receiving benefits? I ran a small business in the past with a claim that was approved and I don't recall my risk payment increasing by much, if at all.
Will any of this have any effect on my filing for the Federal Extension?
I know, it's long winded, but I wanted to try to include everything that may be of importance.
