A pipe in my apt. restroom bursted and all my things are flooded the land lord said that they are not moving me and they are not responsible for my apt. or furniture. and the renters insurance said i need to pull some of my things out. and my funiture is heavy and my only friend there is not around to help what can i do. I am getting depressed..
