With carjacking crimes going on in my area. If the suspect was arrested can you sue them for the price of the part stolen or for puncturing a hole in the gas tank in small claims?

I read that the Social Security Administration is going to use a Equity Plan to include gender alternatives and funds for non citizens.

Would that mean being white the SSA would pay my race less or deduct my benefits?

Sure you can, but it might be more effective to request that the court require the criminal to pay restitution as part of the sentence to be imposed.
