So a lot of our parties get busted the last while. Wondering if cops are allowed on private property without a search warrant??

I'd ask the question "how do the police know about your underage drinking parties?" The answer would likely give you your answer to the above question. My guess is that they respond to a complaint, to the sight of drunken people leaving the premises and the fact that, like most of these parties, there is open access. They not only have probable cause but actual cause in witnessing minors drinking alcohol. It's not as if the police are breaking and entering into a private residence.

Yes, they are. Their presence is most likely to investigate a loud music complaint or some other thing you have control over. Don't give them a reason to come.
