Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Underage Consumption

I am 18 years old and the other day myself and a friend were going to the movies and decided for some reason to take a couple shots before we went in. An officer driving by saw us doing this and we were both cited with underage consumption. Can I use a "prayer of judgement" or do I need to condsider getting an attorney?

Okay, okay, I know that doesn't help. It's the "mother of teenagers" in me.

What are you trying to accomplish? Are you looking to "plead not guilty" or are you just looking for the best deal?

I'm just looking for a way for this to be wiped off of my record and I heard that if I were to use a prayer for judgement it wouldn't go on my record.
