Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse under the influence california

I was suppose to graduate the pc 1000 probation in 2010. I missed the court date whete i was suppose to graduate. I was picked up on the warrant and then released with a court date. Is it possible for the judge to graduate me or will i be serving the 90 days. There is severe overcrowding at fresno county jail by the way.

There is no telling what the judge may decide, but if you are sent to jail on that offense Fresno County will release you in a matter of hours. You have to try a lot harder to get a room in that jail these days.

Thank you for the response..i have become a productive member of society and have been clean fot 3 years as of august 29th 2009 i just hope the judge sees that. But i accept the consequences for my past decisions.
