Me and wife have a agreed an Uncontested Divorce is the way we want to go...we have only been married 7 months and it seems fitting that we would file under Unconciable Differences (6 months of irreparable damage to a marriage)...we filled out this paperwork 3 months from an online website that processes paperwork for you and waited until now to file it. However, I am afraid to file it for the reason that it is dated for March and I believe it would be kicked back. We are just trying to save money, agree on every aspect of the divorce, and have a hand written agreement signed, initialed, dated (both of us with a copy)...don't know what the best coarse of action is try to file the paperwork and see what happens or try a diffent avenue. I don't wanna waste 210 dollers for nothing.
