My jurisdiction is: U.S.

Are the Fair Housing Act, American with Disability Act, Rehabilitation Act, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 unconstitutional because they violate the First Amendment clause, "Congress can make no law that abridges the right to bring grievances for redress before the courts? Is HUD using Eleventh Amendment Sovereign Immunity of the federal Government to circumvent the non discrimination clauses a good example of this?

No to all the above.

Most of the labor I have ever done in my life was for free. I never got paid for it. So, your point passed by me.

You worked for free your whole life? I don't see what that has to with your original post question.
