Hello, I am wondering if I have any basis for a claim.
About 2 weeks ago I fired my website administrator. I removed his admin access to the site and deleted his account.
Yesterday he accessed my website through some means of his own and sent out a newsletter from my site. The newsletter contained private conversations from the management forums. These were sent to the entire distrobution list of the website.
I am actively trying to find out how he accessed the site and block all of his avenues.
What are my rights?
