I was arrested in Arizona on a Felony (Theft by means) and a fugitive of justice for larceny out of California. I spent 12 days in custody before having my bail reduce for the FOJ from $5000. down to $1800. Plus $1000. for the Theft charge. The theft by means was dismissed by Arizona and now I have my 30 review for the fugitive of justice on Thursday. My plan is to ask the judge for permission to go to California to answer these charges but I am concerned that there will be a governors warrant when I show up and that they will arrest and hold me for 30 days (with no bail) for California to come and get me. Should I just go to California or will that be more trouble for me?
