I am working with a debt settlement program and we (my negotiator and I) have been trying to settle with Mann-Bracken LLC for Chase. They made and offer and I accepted, but when my negotiator requested the letter stating the amount agreed upon, THEY RETRACTED THEIR AGREEMENT!
THEN they made a ridiculous offer for $2000 more than the one I agreed to!
I can't pay it, I will never be able to pay it, which is why I am trying to settle!
Why are they being so difficult?
Can they do that anyway?
Why would they not want to settle!?
I am 8 months pregnant,and trying to do the best I can to get this resolve and the LAST thing I need is to go to court over this!
