In 2014 I entered a plea in abeyance for a felony drug charge. I successfully completed a two year drug court program. My record shows that I was charged, pled guilty, and the case dismissed. I am studying to get my Real Estate license. Will I be able too?? I have been reading
Title 61 Chapter 2f Part 4 Section 401. Do I have a chance? or is this a lost cause??
