Trust acct for special needs

My grandson (15 yrs) has down syndrome. Mom wants to set up a spend thrift acct for him, with me as trustee. Is there a need for an atty, when we can get the form from internet? Thanks:coolio:

A: Hire a lawyer. This is too important to trust it to something off the internet.
