I have planned a trip to my country over christmas.
My court-order allowes me to take my daughter to my country, but I have to give the father a two month notice and I am not to exeed 3 weeks.
I gave him three month notice, and will be there for two weeks, but he is denieing me
to take our daughter to my country, because the court-order allows him visitation on dec. 25th ,26th, and 27th. Who is in the right?
Can I not go because of him having visitation on this time by court order, or can I go to the fact that I gave him the notice like it is court-order?
