I have 2 residential properties that are surveyed with corners marked in a cleared/cleaned condition along with "For Sale" signs Clearly posted.
A local contractor is building several units on the same street and my property is being used as the staging area for his workers/materials (Trusses).
Trusses were delivered and dropped on my lots, today I went to the site and nobody would admit to being the boss.
I advised them that I am the owner of the lots their materials are on and requested they be removed post haste.
The young man replied that it would be done immediatly, and he would contact his boss to let him know of the situation, most certainly it was Not done. Materials are still there.
It seems they intend to work at their normal pace and drive the equipment onto my lots as needed for their materials just like if I had prepared the site in order to suit their need.

What Can I legally do ?

Could I legally remove the materials from my un-fenced property myself or make firewood maybe ?
