hello my child was caugh by the police traspaceing with 33 other children at a local sump. the cops have arranged a court date and mug shot and finger printed them. my son is 16 years of age. should i get a lawyer his court date is may 17 please help!

You betcha he needs a lawyer.

If I were you, I'd arrange one for him, if you can afford it.

He should not say anything about this to anyone but you and his dad ( and his lawyer, when you hire one)!!!

Get a lawyer if you like, or use the public defender.
This sounds like something that will magically disappear... so long as there was no other criminal activity going on.
The police took an action to get the point across to the kids... the DA probably won't want to touch it.
