My question is about a foreign individual (non-US resident) wanting to transfer 100% ownership of his California privately held C-Corp to his son (also non-US resident). Is filing required with any state or federal agency for the transfer? Also, how would it be recorded in the corporate books (forms required)? Thank you in advance.
