My father died 2 yrs ago and left his mobile home on a lot which are both paid off. My brother is the Executor of the will which has already been probated. We've recently sold the mobile home and lot, which we were selling together. An offer has been made, which we have accepted. We've been told that the mobile home can be transferred as a motor vehicle and we do have a title for the mobile home. The lot that it sits on probably needs to have a Deed Transfer. Can this be done using LegalZoom.com or will a title company need to handle it? The lot is a lot less than a 1/4 acre.
