Training program & credit card

Friday I purchased a training program for a large sum of money. Today I have buyers remorse would like my money back. They charged my credit card on Friday with my verbal agreement. I have been calling to cancel today with tons of trouble. They said they will refund a portion and keep
15%. Can I get the entire amount back? How do I get confirmation of the refund since the man hung up on me. When I tried to call back no one will answer the phone. My credit card can't do anything yet because the charge shows as pending. Will my verbal agreement hold up that I won't be able to get the 15% back too? Please help.
