I'm filming an upcoming web series entitled "Brotherz". How do I go about trademarking the name so that no one else can use the title, if that's even possible.

I'm new to all of this so I just want to be sure that my project is secure.

You will automatically have trademark protection the moment you start using it.

However, registering it with the US Patent and Trademark Office makes it public record and gives you an additional amount of official protection.
