This question always make me giggle a bit.

You see, my ex-husband's latest wife was rather upset that I kept my married name after our divorce. Why? Because frankly it was easier than paying over $1k to get legal documents (think passport and green card) changed over.

New wifey was not impressed. New wifey even emailed my attorney to express great displeasure at my "wilful (sic) refusel (sick)" to resort to my maiden name.

My attorney and I shared a few laughs over iced chai teas over that little episode.

;)
 
Oh, and I can guarantee that there's going to be at least a teeny smidge of "Neener neener neener" going on there :D
