Title co. over looked lien

I filed a mechanics lien on aug 7 and the title co. filed the title on aug 12 are they liable for my lien since the over looked it ?

yes what do you need to know? I could scan you a copy of my lien and date it was file and a copy of title co.filed time

Fact is I did work on a property and didnt recieve full payments on some add on's requested by the owners. I filed a mechanics lien on the 7th of aug.and found out that title co. filed the title on the 12th of aug.
